Tim,
Thank you, that would probably help since that manhole, (which has no felt baffle) east of my house, behind the yellow house seemed to be the source of drifting sewer odor over the weekend.
Heavy sewer odor in my back yard on:
Fri. 6/22/07 4:30 P.M. Breeze east to west Temperature warm, 85 degrees
Sat 6/23/07 6:45 P.M. and on till late, Breeze east to west. Very bad; had to go inside.
Sun 6/24/07 10:00 P.M. and on. Temperature cool 74 degrees.
Also in speaking with my neighbors at 201 Cypress Hill. I was told that their fumes on Friday night were very bad in both front and back yards from about 6:00 P.M. on, and that Thursday night had been bad also for them.
Sunday night was amazingly nice until late, 10:00 when fumes started.
Thanks again,
Laurie Hart

Laurie,
Thanks for providing the City this information; I will pass it along to the appropriate individuals. I wil also remind them again about the need to ensure the manholes are sealed.
Thanks,

Thanks Tim,
I just wish this would all go away, as probably do you.
Is there another link to send this to? Last night, 6/26 at 11:00 P.M. was very very bad. Had to close all my windows. I wish we could get this solved.
